It also means they are having to second guess what types of people and skills will be needed in the medium to longer term. To help them get on the front foot, we supported them to define and assess these qualities.
Through understanding the businesses strategic intentions and the way the market was heading we were able to define prior to assessment what types of people they would need. We then developed a variety of bespoke assessment tools that gave them both greater insight into their existing workforce, as well as new candidates they were looking to attract. The assessment tools provided a high level of predictive accuracy and they have been successful at finding and retaining staff for pivotal roles who have gone on to have a tangible impact upon the business.
