Sarah is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has worked successfully across a wide range of industry sectors. She has extensive design and delivery experience, primarily in the field of leadership development both in the UK and internationally. Sarah’s passion for utilising psychology to benefit organisations and their people at all levels also involves her in wider organisational interventions that focus on true staff engagement and the building of high performing cultures.
Organisational change such as mergers, acquisitions and restructuring has formed the backdrop to much of Sarah’s work. Enabling people and organisations to achieve their potential in challenging times requires an understanding of complex systems and a flexible approach. She has extensive experience in multi-level programmes that combine individual coaching, team and large group work, benchmarking surveys to measure changes and work-based improvement projects. Her pragmatic approach ensures results contribute to the achievement of strategic goals as well as individual development.
She lives in Brighton with her husband Santi and when not reading the latest piece of research or attending a conference, she can usually be found half way up a mountain, probably in Spain.
