Chris is a Cranfield graduate with over 20 years experience as a business psychologist. During this time, he has supported individuals and global businesses to transform performance and maximise potential. He has particular expertise in culture change and has worked across industry sectors to enable businesses to develop and align their culture with the evolving needs of their customers.
Chris works with executive teams and senior managers to enhance performance and ensure that collective leadership potential is maximised. Many of these companies operate in highly competitive markets where organisational and leadership agility is critical to survival. Over the last 20 years Chris has supported start-up organisations to accelerate their growth, multinationals to capitalise on mergers, and established businesses to compete in increasingly fast paced environments. Irrespective of the context Chris is passionate about supporting businesses, teams and individuals to deliver sustainable results and a platform for future growth.
In his role as a performance coach Chris works with CEO’s, Chairs and other senior leaders. This work is defined by the need that individuals face for genuine reflection combined with challenge and a true understanding about how to maximise their potential.
Chris lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and their two children.
