Alex has over 10 years experience of leading transformation at board level. Her most recent corporate role was as the Customer and Consumer Services Director at Miele. During this time, Alex inspired and led teams to deliver exceptional and award winning customer service. Through developing and implementing a new customer experience strategy that went hand in hand with a rise in employee engagement she was able to achieve significant and sustainable change.
As our customer and employee engagement expert Alex’s passion and expertise is supporting businesses enhance the quality of their customer experience. By combining her commercial experience and understanding of behavioural science she has effectively delivered results in some well known brands including Virgin Mobile and GE Healthcare.
Alex lives in Oxfordshire with her husband Simon and their two girls.
